These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NFLSZN Trends (the "App" or "Service"), operated by SZNLab ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Scope of license
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute access to the Service or its data.
2. What the Service is (and is not)
SZNLab is an information and analytics tool. We compile and compare publicly available season-long player projections and historical statistics for entertainment and informational purposes only.
We are not a sportsbook, casino, daily-fantasy operator, or gambling operator. We do not accept, place, process, or settle wagers, and we do not hold customer funds. Any "picks," "slips," or "bet tracking" features are personal record-keeping and analysis tools only — no real money is wagered through the Service.
3. No betting, financial, or professional advice
Nothing in the Service constitutes betting advice, financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. Trends, labels, projections, "edges," and probabilities are statistical estimates that may be wrong. Past performance does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.
4. Eligibility & legal compliance
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority and the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. Online sports betting and daily fantasy are restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service and any related betting activity is legal where you are located, and for complying with all applicable laws.
5. Assumption of risk; no liability for losses
Gambling and sports betting involve a substantial risk of financial loss. You acknowledge and agree that any wagers you choose to place with a third party are made at your own risk and that SZNLab is not responsible or liable for any losses, damages, or costs of any kind arising from or related to your use of the Service or any betting decisions you make. You assume full responsibility for your actions and outcomes.
6. Accounts & user data
To use the Service you create an account. We collect information such as your email address and the activity you create in the App (e.g., tracked picks and notes). You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account, and for keeping your information accurate. 7. Payment & subscription
Paid features operate on a recurring monthly subscription. The subscription rate is communicated prior to purchase. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge the applicable fee automatically each billing period until you cancel.
8. Cancellation & refund policy
You may cancel at any time from your account by selecting Manage billing; access continues through the end of the current billing period. If you cancel within three (3) days of your first subscription purchase, you may email us to request a refund (less payment-processing fees). This refund option is a one-time courtesy for new customers only and is not available for renewals or repeat subscriptions. Except where required by law, no other refunds are provided, including for renewal payments — you can cancel any time before a renewal date.

10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping, reverse-engineering, reselling access, overloading our systems, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
11. Third-party data, trademarks & external links
Data may be sourced from or reference third parties (including PrizePicks, Underdog Fantasy, nflverse, Sleeper, ESPN, and others). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, which may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. SZNLab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PrizePicks, Underdog Fantasy, the NFL, the NFLPA, or any sportsbook or data provider. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (including partner/affiliate sign-up links) that we do not own or control. We assume no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service, and your use of them is at your own risk.
12. Player images
Player images are the property of their respective leagues and teams and are used for identification purposes only.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall SZNLab or its owners, operators, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or gambling losses, resulting from: (i) your use of or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your information; (iii) any interruption or cessation of the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, or the like transmitted through the Service by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage incurred from your use of any content; and/or (vi) the conduct of any third party. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SZNLab and its owners and operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your betting activity, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
16. Export compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export-control laws and regulations and not to use, export, or re-export the Service in violation of them.
17. U.S. government end users
If the Service is accessed by or on behalf of the United States government, it is provided as a "Commercial Item" as defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consistent with applicable federal acquisition regulations.
18. Changes & termination
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time; material changes will be reflected by an updated date above and, where appropriate, further notice. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, without prior notice or liability, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
