This Privacy Policy explains what information SZNLab ("we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password (or a Google sign-in identifier if you use Google).
- Subscription & billing — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We store your subscription status and identifiers; we do not store full card numbers.
- Activity you create — the picks, slips, and bets you track, and notes you save.
- Technical & usage data — session cookies for authentication and basic logs (e.g., request metadata) needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use it
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service and your account.
- To process subscriptions and prevent fraud.
- To send service-related and, with your consent, optional notifications.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service — such as our payment processor (Stripe) and hosting provider (Railway) — under appropriate confidentiality obligations, and when required by law or to protect our rights.
4. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. Disabling them may prevent sign-in.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may access or update your profile in the app, and you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. Depending on where you live (e.g., the EU/UK under GDPR or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights, including the right to data portability and to object to certain processing.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to and may not be used by anyone under 18 (or the legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
